Dealing with waste water

How can the dirt black and muddy oily waste water that came out from the factory change into clean discharge water?

1、 Elementarily Level

(1)Channel dirty black oily waste water into the pool to separate the oil from the water.

(2) Lead the waste water into the equipment to rid the waster by air. After these two steps, most pollutant in waste water is eliminated.

2、 Second Level: Use of biotechnologyWe use microorganism to absorb, digest and resolve organic matter, inorganic saline and a few heavy metal, etc.

3、 Highest Level: Sand Strain Equipment

Dealing with waste gas

The main source of waste gas comes from the process of burning .

In order to improve the waste gas problem, the practice that the refinery adopts includes:

(1)New high-efficiency and low pollution manufacture replaces old one

(2)Use low or no pollution fuel

(3)Strengthen the combustion efficiency of the waste gas fuel tower

(4)Use pollution-free natural gas (LNG), Make it the factory fuel, reduce the sulfur in fuel oil, reduce the producing amount of the waste gas by a wide margin.

(5) Set up the tail gas equipment.

In the process of refining the production of the factory, the fuel tower is the equipment for discharging the oil gas promptly. Because it is the highest, and there is flame on the top of it. It is considered to be the sign of the oil refinery. When the flame is small and black smoke is less, this shows that the factory works smoothly.
